YOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Vancouver – Embark your ship – ms Westerdam
Nestled between the ocean and snow-capped mountains, the waterfront is dotted with fine beaches and has an abundance of parkland, which is why not surprisingly tops the lists of the world’s greatest places to live. You’ll find a world-class museum, a symphony orchestra, opera, theater and world class dance companies. The produce from the local vineyards is well worth a try.

Day 2: Inside Passage
Day 3: Juneau
Completely surrounded by towering mountains and the waters of Gastineau Channel. The town cannot be accessed by road which gives it a feel of untouched nature at its best. Juneau offers an amazingly wide range of activities, including whale watching, zip lining, fishing and dining in one of the several Wild West themed restaurants. Mendenhall is a breathtaking 12 mile long river of ice and is a must see for its spectacular.
Day 4: Skagway
Filled with Alaskan hospitality, beauty, history and charm. Visit the stunning mountains where you can take in so much of the towns atmosphere with activities such as bird spotting, kayaking on the lakes, panning for gold, dog sledging, fishing or just walking and taking in the beautiful surroundings. For those wanting to stay closer to town, walk around Little Skagway where you can experience the feeling of a true frontier western town with Broadway offering you shops and delicious local cuisines.
Day 5: Glacier Bay
Glacier Bay, as the name implies, is home to the most beautiful glaciers, majestic snow-capped mountains, spectacular wildlife, lush rain-forests and miles of pristine unspoiled landscape. There are countless ways to enjoy Glacier Bay’s natural wonders from the Glacier Bay Day Cruise to whale watching, sea kayaking, or hiking.
Day 6: Ketchikan
The town of Ketchikan provides you with not only beauty, history, culture but a truly Native Alaskan experience. Deer Mountain Tribal Hatchery and Eagle Center, are a must see, where you can view salmon by the thousands and meet the eagles. Visit Saxman Totem Park to see 26 beautifully sculpted multi-colored totems, a tribal house where you can watch dance performance and a carving workshop. Misty Fjords National Monument is an Alaskan natural wonder, but only accessible by boat or plane. You can see majestic mountain ranges, rushing waterfalls, fjords, glaciers and beautiful lakes.
